The California Employment Training Panel Program has announced its plans for the fiscal year that began July 1 2010.  This plan, which is dependent on passage by the California Legislature of the state budget with ETP’s funding intact, is underway with TP staff now moving forward with applications submitted as far back as last fall.  These funding applications will be reviewed at ETP Panel meetings during September and October in Sacramento.  New applications will be accepted once the state budget has been approved.  It is anticipated that these applications will be heard by the ETP Panel late this year and continuing into 2011.  Due to the large backlog and the unprecedented demand by employers for ETP funding, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately so that your Company can get in the queue as early as possible.
